Yoga Classes and Equipment
We now offer Yoga Classes. On this page, you will be able to pay for your class and pre pay for your equipment you may need before the first day. Of course, if you don't know what equipment you may need, your instructor will be able to help you the first day.

This is a purchase for the current yoga class. This class runs from May 1- May 22nd 2008 for 4 sessions. You will see a "4 session yoga class" in your shopping cart when you purchase it. Print your receipt to show your instructor the first day of class!
Our next Yoga Class Session will start in June on Thursdays. Check back soon for the time and duration of the session. Or, contact us.
We have Yoga Mats, Yoga Straps and Yoga Blocks for purchase. You will want to at least have a Yoga Mat for your sessions here. Ours are the premium, 1/4 inch thick ones and you will love them!
Premium Yoga Mat 1/4X24X68inches

Yoga Mats are essential for an effective yoga routine. Our mats are premium quality and double the thickness of most department store yoga mats. These mats measure 1/4inch X 24inches X 68inches. Otherwise known as "sticky mats," yoga mats do the following for you:
Yoga Strap
D-Ring Style, 8 Foot long.
8 ft.cotton Yoga Strap to help you ease into tough positions or get you a little more stretch from your stretching routines. Your yoga instructor may want or require this item for your classes. If you are purchasing this item for use in a class in our facility, then select "pickup for the shipping option." Available in BLUE ONLY.
Yoga Block
Yoga Blocks are great for added stability or extra strength for some of the Yoga positions you may encounter. Made of lightweight foam, the block measures 3X6X9 inches, has a scratch-resistant surface on it and can support your weight very easily. Your instructor may require this for class as well. These are available in BLUE ONLY.
